TURBANS:
Apparently an artichoke softneck which behaves as a hardneck in our climate. Turbans consist of 6 to 10 cloves of good size, and possess great flavor. Depending on variety, their flavors range from mild to flaming hot. Still another great choice for the kitchen gourmet.

TZAN:
This one is very hot, with everthing you could want in flavor. From the Shandong Province, collected by John Swenson.
CHINESE PURPLE:
6 to 8 cloves with medium heat. It keeps it's great flavor when baked.
BLOSSOM: SOLD OUT
As the name suggests, the heat continues to build and stays for a while. A wonderful baked garlic that is sweetly mild with full flavor. Source unknown.
CAIRO: SOLD OUT
A garlic of unknown origin, Cairo comes with heat, full body, and a bold flavor. Baked, it's flavor is outstanding.
