CREOLES:
A silverskin sub-variety forming hard necks in our climate. Bulbs form 6 to 10 cloves of good size with beautiful purple wrappers. Taste ranges from sweet and mild to piping red hot!
BURGANDY:
Beautiful burgandy cloves with above average heat, and a strong, complex garlic taste. Of unknown origin.
AJO ROJO:
Smooth, creamy, mild garlic flavor when baked. Eaten raw, this garlic is in the upper ozone with it's potently intense heat. So be careful...Very careful. Origin is from Spain.
